Albert Benalloun is one of the Co-founders and principals of BPN Capital Group. Mr. Benalloun brings over 30 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, corporate finance, reorganizations, and private equity to BPN Capital Group. Prior to co-founding BPN Capital Group, Mr. Banalloun founded Transamerican Development Corp, a real estate development company focusing on pursuing premier retail and mixed-use assets in high-density areas, urban real estate development, leasing, and property management. Mr. Benalloun began to co-invest with Hernan Gleizer, Benher’s co-founder, some time ago and decided to collaborate and establish Benher Capital Partners.
Mr. Benalloun has focused his strategy on identifying and acquiring the best possible High Street retail and mixed-use properties throughout urban markets. Over the course of his career, Mr. Benalloun has successfully deployed several hundred million dollars in equity on behalf of himself and his family, along with Benher and its investors, and has achieved attractive returns.
As a result, Mr. Benalloun has established himself as a recognized leader in the South Florida real estate market. He serves in a senior role overseeing Benher’s real estate development and acquisitions and its banking and investor relationships. These relationships consist of an extensive network of family offices both domestically and internationally.
Mr. Benalloun studied Political Science with an emphasis in Business Administration at Concordia College in Montreal, Canada, and serves on the Board of The Talmudic University of Florida, where he is dedicated to improving the quality of higher education in the Jewish community of South Florida. He resides in Miami Beach with his wife and five children.
