In 1997 Hernan founded and operated the Remax BestSeller Realty Group. He led a network of four top producing Remax offices in Miami Beach (Sunny Isles Beach, Bal Harbour, Aventura, and Miami Beach).
Simultaneously, Hernan co-created Optimar International Realty Group defining a business model that functions as a proficient platform for Clients, Developers, and Professional real estate producers in this globalized and vibrant trade environment, providing local and international guidance.
Optimar International Group is a top-producing real estate organization in South Florida with over 400 agents, a broad international broker network, and over $2 billion in R.E. sales.
After graduating as valedictorian with a master’s degree in Communications from Florida International University (F.I.U.), Hernan became a Professor of Economics for Journalists at the master’s Program.
Hernan earned two bachelor’s degrees: First in Business Administration and then in Economics Science.
Hernan is a certified life coach by I.C.F. (International Coach Federation).
Hernan’s academic and business development background and solid knowledge in real estate, integrity, perseverance, and spiritual passion have allowed him to attain a prominent position in the community.
